I have been using flax seeds for more then 2 years now. I find it to be one of the most beneficial things that a person can do for their health. Anyone can benefit from eating flax not just those of us looking to reduce Cholesterol and Glucose. Your product is the best I have found anywhere. My girlfriend swears it cured her IBS after a year of coaxing her to try it. I am taking other natural supplements, but flax has helped me maintain my Total Cholesterol from 380 to 170, and my Glucose from 102 to 74. My doctor is one of your greatest fans now too. I received my order of flax seed and I wanted to let you folks know how pleased I am with my order.

I grind two Tbs. of seed each night and mix them in a low sugar juice and drink it before bed . I have had one attack of diverticula a few years back and realized that I needed more fiber in my diet.

I had previously gotten my seed from another source, but the flavor of your flax seed has such a fresh taste and does wonders for my digestive track.

Hi, I received the 50 lb. bag of flax seed. almost a couple weeks ago. it was so clean and nice. I split it with 2 friends who use alot of it. So we had a great time getting together. We kinda had it everywhere by the time we got done sacking it up in smaller bags, but oh well. I'm still learning to put it in things. I put it in a smoothie that my wrestler sons like to take to tournaments. It's 2 cups unsweetened or sweetened if you like, strawberries, a cup of vanilla yogurt, a cup of orange juice, a cup of cream, or Half & Half, a couple tablespoons of honey, a teaspoon of almond flavoring, and a couple tablespoons of ground flax seed. They probably don't have a clue how good it is for them! It is yummy! Anyway, thanks so much, and I enjoyed dealing direct with the grower. We're farmers and ranchers in NW Kansas. I just love what this flaxseed has done for me. I had a broken neck and had to have three discs replaced 5 weeks ago. My sister told me to eat ground flaxseed as I was having to start taking Fosamax for bone loss. Well, the Fosamax plays tricks on one's digestive track, to say the least. I bought the flax seed and grinder from you and started taking two tablespoons of it in my cereal in the morning. Eureka!!!!!!!! My digestive track is back to normal and better . I ordered your flax seed last year and never got a chance to write in and tell you how great it was. I ordered 50 lbs so we are not out yet! I think your product is wonderful and gave bags of it to family members. I originally started looking into where to buy Flax seed when I found out that Omega 3 fatty acid deficiency in children can mask itself as ADD of ADHD. My son has some sensory development and speech delays so when I read that simply changing his diet may in fact help him learn better I was all for it. While he is in special education preschool now and doing much better with his speech I truly believe altering his diet to exclude trans fats and include Omega 3 fatty acids (like those found in your flax seed) has helped him. I put flax seed in the bread crumbs we use for chicken cutlets and top it on almost anything including my salmon dishes. We have four chickens and we also give them flax seed so that its in their eggs. Thank you so much for your wonderful product and for helping my family.

Please use my comments. I really thought I would need to develop a lot of recipes to hide the taste it is excellent. I put it in shakes, on my cereal, in baked goods and with fruit and a little

sweetener. It also fills me up so I don't need to eat as much.

This is a weird one. When I don't take the flaxseed my hot flashes (power surges) come back. I don't believe I have ever read anything about that but it is true. I'am an old nurse of 30 years. so I am a skeptic. Sure gives me better piece of mind using the flaxseed than taking any prescription estrogen products.

I got the delivery last Tuesday night. The merchandise is great and I love it.

I prefer to roast Flax seeds in aluminum pan (aluminum or glass pan only not other kind of pan) until they turn to golden brown and using "Ultimate chopper"( I purchased from chef Tony on TV) to grind them, put in the glass jar (glass only not plastic), tighten the lid and keep in refrigerator for a week. Every morning and afternoon take 1/4 cup of that powder, mix with 1/4 cup of fresh juice or vegetable juice from the juicer. Let it stands for a couple minute it will become thicker and eat like you eat oat meal for healthy diet breakfast or if you want to drink add more juice. It depends on how do you prefer. It is so healthy, flavorful and also the taste is so good.

The benefit of using aluminum or glass pan and glass jar or glass container they will not loose the flavor and freshness.

I talked to you the other day about feeding this great product to my dogs. I also feed this to my horses! (A great way to get their efa's!) I've noticed how great their coats are looking. It also seems to make their hoofs grow! I just grind up enough for a few days and store the rest in the freezer. I then sprinkle over their food and horses and dogs just gobble it up. I received my order in good condition and very quickly. I am enjoying it and hope you keep up the good work. The little grinder that came with it works amazingly well. I made pancakes using the flax, egg, pinch of salt and baking powder, a touch of coconut oil and a little 1/2 & 1/2. The texture was very light and airy and they were delicious. I think the cooking destroys the omega 3's and maybe some other things change, but they taste good.
